2008 APARTMENT TARIFF (price for apartment, upto 6 people)

       £150 per week - Jan, Feb, Mar & Dec.

       £180 per week - April & Nov.

      £200 per week - May & Oct.

      £260 per week - June & Sept.

      £320 per week - July & Aug.

Small additional charge for cleaning on departure ( 30 - 40 euros only ).

Long term rental prices are negotiable.

How to book Apartment 

1. Contact Steven & Jayne  to confirm availability of apartment and price.

2. Check out flight availability and prices.

3. Contact us  to provisionally book apartment. Provisional booking will be held for 1 week, to allow flights to be booked.

4. Read & accept booking conditions.

5. Book flights.

6. Secure booking apartment by paying deposit.

7.Send balance of payment at least 6 weeks before departure.

8. Have a nice enjoyable and relaxing holiday! (Map/directions etc will be sent to you before your departure) 

Apartment Booking Conditions

No smoking permitted within apartment (terrace and solarium OK).

Guests to replace any breakages, with items of equivalent quality.

Guest to comply with the community rules, regulations.

Confirm availability of apartment before booking flights.

Provisional apartment booking will be held for 1 week only, to allow flights to be booked.

Booking only accepted/secure on receipt of deposit and clearance of cheque.

Balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before start date of holiday. 

Non payment of balance will cancel booking and the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit:- £50 for October – May holidays £100 for June – September holidays. 

Cancellation:- 

Greater than 6 weeks before start date of holiday - Deposit returned.

Between 6 & 4 weeks before start date of holiday - Deposit forfeited.

Less than 4 weeks before start date of holiday - Total holiday cost forfeited, if unable to re-let.
