We offer holiday accommodation for rental in the recently built apartment complex of Colina Real on Spain's Costa Blanca. The Colina Real was constructed in 2005 in the peaceful southern area of the Costa Blanca, it is situated just 20 minutes by car from Alicante airport, or 35 minutes from Murcia airport, in the idyllic Spanish town of Guardamar del Segura, Costa Blanca.

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and is fully furnished to a very high standard. It can sleep up to 6 people, and has everything for the ideal family holiday.

Guardamar is situated on the coast of the Costa Blanca, and as well as the truly great beaches and lovely promenade with it's pavement cafe's and bars, it also has great sports facilities, if you like water sports Guardamar offers just about every possible sea sport, such as sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, underwater diving, canoeing, jet skiing, and much more..

For the golf lovers, Southern Costa Blanca has many top class golf courses. The closest golf course to Guardamar is La Marquesa, situated at Rojales, just 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Costa Blanca is an ideal place for a golfing holiday throughout the whole year. 

There are many places to visit during your holiday on the Costa Blanca. Terra Mitica is highly recommended for all ages as a fun day out, (try the Tizona.. not for the faint hearted..).

There is also a wide variety of bars and restaurants in Guardamar, and in the nearby towns, such as Rojales, Elche and Torrevieja.
